• Monthly Billing: Your subscription will be billed at $99 per month. This amount will be automatically deducted from your bank account or credit card on file on the same date each month, corresponding to the date you started your subscription.
• No Long-Term Commitment: We understand that circumstances may change. There is no contractual commitment to keep the service for any specific duration. You have the freedom to cancel at any time without being bound by a long-term contract.
• Cancellation and Service Removal: If you decide to cancel the service, stop making payments, or miss a payment, please be aware that The Lion Design will take down your website, domain, and any emails associated with the service. This is to ensure a smooth transition and protect your online assets. Being 30 days late on a payment is considered a formal cancellation of service.
• Website Purchase Option: Upon cancellation, you will have the option to purchase the website that was designed by The Lion Design. The standard rate for website design is $500 (or the current rate at the time of cancellation). This allows you to retain ownership of the website.
• Domain Purchase Option: If The Lion Design purchased the domain for your website, you will also have the option to buy the domain at the time of cancellation. The standard rate for domain purchase is $50 (or the current rate at the time of cancellation). This ensures that you have the opportunity to keep the domain associated with your business.
• Flexibility and Support: We believe in providing you with a hassle-free experience and the flexibility to make choices that best suit your needs. If you have any questions or wish to discuss your subscription further, please feel free to contact our customer support team.

4.2 Hosting Plan

You will have the option to purchase your website and domain at the standard rates at the time of cancellation. Being 30 days late on a payment is considered a formal cancellation of service.
